CriticalRoom for improvement.
Food in memory care was bad. A couple of nurses were good but overall the staff was poor. Her bathroom was always dirty. Had to spray her room for bugs. She had a Large room. I wouldn't want to be placed there.

The only thing I would probably excuse myself from rating is the value for the money. This type of care is extremely expensive for our family and I wish other people had access to it who need it. American House staff has been great, attentive and caring. Thank you for checking back, I will definitely recommend this facility and staff. Staff is friendly and attentive, location is close to VA for Dr appointments, facility is easy to get around and several fun activities for the patrons.
