Homelike Atmosphere

I'm so grateful for the excellent care my mom receives at Anita's Gardens of Grafton. This is a smaller homelike facility which is perfect for Mom who suffers from dementia. The staff are friendly and attentive to her needs. Whenever I visit, Mom is usually involved in an activity. She enjoys spending time with the friends she's made there. I couldn't ask for a better place for Mom to be, and I can rest easy knowing she's safe and well cared for.

Positive

My beautiful mother

My father passed away 2 years ago. My mom has early dementia and Alzheimer's. Our family was very fortunate to find this gem of an assistant living facility right after my dad's passing. I love the fact that it's a small facility. My mother is treated with great respect and love. The staff are very professional and always willing to answer any questions we have. My mom has made friends with the other residents. Thanks to everyone at Anita's Garden for loving my mother.

terrible unprofessional place

Today, I visited my aunt at her care facility, and I was deeply disturbed by the experience. When I entered her room, there was an overwhelming, unpleasant odor that made the environment feel unclean and unwelcoming. My aunt had paged for assistance at 9:30 AM, but no one arrived until 10:15 AM. During this time, I noticed several staff members sitting down, being loud, and speaking unprofessionally.
