Arbor Terrace has been great. They are attentive. Small group in memory care. I feel that my mother is being well cared for. All of the staff at Arbor Terrace Norwood is thoughtful. We are always greeted with warmth and sincerity. I trust that my mother is in good hands and that I will be alerted if any needs arise.

My mother moved into Arbor Terrace Norwood in [date removed]. She walked into the facility with the aid of a walker singing and dancing. In the space of 11 months she fell 3 times. One time requiring 10 stitches to her face. Within 8 months she was confined to a wheelchair and hasn’t walked since. Her basic needs regarding hygiene weren’t met. She had dirty feet, scales, peeling skin and black pitted areas. On one occasion I found bruises on her body that had been there for sometime. It was only because I bought ne…
