I have included "Transportation" in "Activities". Very frustrated with the Transportation. Make sure you get details about the Transportation. How many cars they have and the schedule. Chef who was there when we moved in left shortly after. Quality/Variety of the food and the service have suffered.

The right choice for my Mom

Arbor Terrace felt more "homey" to my mother than the other facilities we toured. We also met the Exec Director on the first visit. The food is big upgrade over where she was staying (Independent Living) and the staff has been very friendly and attentive.

Excellent Care Facility !

I Moved my elderly uncle to Arbor Terrace - Burnt Hickory Rd, Marietta GA several years ago. It was unsettling for him to leave his home but very shortly after arriving at Arbor Terrace he stopped being anxious about his new surroundings and quickly adjusted to his new life and not having to worry about meals, bathing, activities, etc. as all of those vital necessities were provided by a caring and professional staff. Caring, engaging community

This facility is great. The atmosphere is personable and a very clean and caring environment. It's very active and engaging. They offer a great variety of activities and are good about keeping the residents active. The food is good quality and good variety. My loved one is picky, but enjoys the food and says she has every option she needs. That says a lot! Communication with the family is good.
