PositiveThe Facility was very well maintained and nice furnishings. The staff was very professional and friendly. We received unsolicited recommendations from people who lived there. Only concern was understanding the cost structure and the bottomline monthly cost. They did say they would assess my mother and provide more detail based on her needs.

PositiveMom is happy
Mom loves the people, loves the care and enjoys being there. Her apartment is always spotless as is the hallways and any other part of the facility I've gone to. For the most part food, but we have gone for special events and the food has been cold because I think they put them in the "warmers" and Pile the food too high to keep warm. Mom is not interested in most activities and some of that is her fault but also some sound very boring.

PositiveCaring/friendly place for Mom&Dad
Overall they have been great. Onsite staff are very helpful and attentive. Response time to pressing alert button is quick, usually within 10 mins or less. Have had some care coordination issues between onsite staff and offsite providers. Difficult to get in touch with or information from the doctor overseeing care, but the nurses are great and help bridge the gap.

The staff is friendly and provides great care to the residents. It is a very clean facility. They are easier for me to get in touch with when I have questions about my father's care. The food and activities programming both seem more than sufficient.

Positivefabulous staff and couldn't have been more helpful.
The attentive nursing staff was the best and really helped me navigate and learn what [name removed] needed. Dining room mechanics (sooo much waiting) could be improved. [name removed] moved to memory care at [community removed] at the end of dec. No news available in Fair Oaks. Give us a couple of months there and I can review them too.
