Definitely 5 stars. I had great consult with A Place for Mom and had a comparison list of 5-6 homes in the area we desired. We did the research at least 3 years before the "time to Move Mom to a personal care facility". We visited all and had consults and Ashton Commons and one other were top choices. Like most facilities of this kind, I think Ashton Commons doesn't have enough staff. I realize that it's a difficult line of work, and it's often hard to keep enough staff on hand, so I'm not sure that this is a criticism of Ashton Commons specifically, but of assisted living/nursing home facilities in general.
