Overall, our experience was very positive. The community was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly kind and caring, especially the medication technicians, aides, and the primary RN, who was outstanding. My only significant concern occurred on my mom's last day there. After she fell, the staff called to let me know they had found her on the floor and helped her back into bed. They asked whether I wanted her taken to the emergency room or allowed to rest. Because she had dementia and it was impossible to know whe…

The staff is very responsive to all needs. The room is cleaned daily, the bathroom floor and kitchen floors are wiped daily. Garbage emptied and bed made also daily. If I send an email or call I receive an answer within a day or so. The lady at the front desk [Name Removed] is always helpful and pleasent. like Staff treats my Mom with kindness and listen to her stories, even if they have heard them many times before! I love the East Northport Atria for my Mom!

I am very happy with Atria East Northport! The staff has been walking my Mom to the dining room. Now she can go alone. The cleanliness of the facility is amazing! They make her bed, empty her garbage and tidy up every day. She is really enjoying the food. She loves her tablemates for meals.

My mom has been in three other facilities, and The Atria in East Northport is truly the best fit for her. She loves having her own one-bedroom apartment, which gives her a real sense of home. She enjoys being able to walk to church, the hairdresser, and the bank. The highlight of each day is Bingo! The food is terrific too! It’s been wonderful to see her so happy, comfortable, and active here.
