The staff is great the love and care was genuine and overflowing with kindness. Every staff person would stop hug and ask mom how she was including receptionist and maintenance workers. They seemed very attentive and interested in mom. Mom is in memory care now as she was roaming at night on the Assisted side. She is doing good and has had no issues we are aware of. Manager and young lady that we originally met when looking were very prompt at getting back to us in the beginning, however once Mom was there slow to …

Make sure you're aware of the laundry "rules" and when the room is scheduled to be cleaned!! The whole staff is very helpful and will help you as much as they can!! I wish they had more activities! They love music! Maybe play music more often!
