I cannot give the Windsor and its incredible staff enough stars to reflect the tremendous heart it has! Finding a place for one’s loved one is a difficult, overwhelming process. It’s obvious too that many retirement facilities are a business first and foremost and lack a genuine sense of passion and commitment. The Windsor is an exception to this rule.
