PositiveIt was very nice and nothing wrong. However, my sister and I found another assistant living place close to where my mother lives, in Houma. We were given a price on The Trace flyer information sheet but told a different price when we toured. It was a higher price than what I was given.

It has been a good placement for her so far. Good food and Executive Director. Negative things are loud/rude dining staff and loss of key staff. That are very slow getting replaced.

The atmosphere is similar to a small hotel-welcoming entrance with high ceilings and a friendly staff ready to greet you! The support personnel from housekeeping, meal service to medical staff are available and ready to anticipate and address the needs of the residents. Management serves in many capacities wherever needed ranging from general duties( problem solving/ enhancement) to rolling up their sleeves as situations arise. Staff needs to be vetted, and bonded because they have stealing going on in assistant living and memory care. It was closer to me and there isn't very many independent senior living facilities.
