[name removed] wasn't happy with his experience there...the previous resident in the respite apartment had apparently kept the keys to the room & medicine cabinet...so [name removed] had no way to lock up his medicines, or the room, when he'd go out of it...the tv quit working, so if he wanted to watch tv, had to go to their library, and watch what ever was showing...He needs his food puréed, as he has trouble choking if trying to swallow otherwise. Copper Place is a very clean community and the staff members are fantastic. With the covid restrictions we are still not able to really see the meals, dining service and activities but we do know our loved ones activity board is always completely full with things to do.

It is along the freeway frontage road, very remote and ugly outside. There is no store for the residences to walk to and transportation is very limited. We went to visit my wife's father and found him in wet pants. He had not had his medication. It was difficult to find a caretaker for assistance.
