Would recommend

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas are kept clean and welcoming for families. What I would say they could communicate better, is when we toured, [name removed] sold us on the Income-credit being more accessible than it was. When we actually signed papers, the person who handles all the finances, stated it could be years compared to the "months" we were originally told. Transparency and honesty go a long way with me and it breeds distrust when you feel mislead just to "boost" a sale.

It was a perfect decision for us to select Baldwin House Senior Living

Food is not included in our plan and I do not participate but they have lots going on. Love it there. Our view is fantastic. Rooms were all painted and extremely clean when we came. They allow us to put pictures up etc. maintenance comes to rooms to repair things. We needed only have them come once in a year. Replace lightbulb. Community rooms excellent. Games exercise pottery puzzles library tv room with beverages and fruit. We are so happy with our decision to join the Baldwin family. Also halls are bright and th…

Overall a nice community

Overall, it's a great place and my parents have really enjoyed living there and the activities that are offered. As for the meals, they are good but higher in carbohydrates, which is not great for someone that is pre diabetic or diabetic. It would be great if there were more healthy options that aren't pasta or rice based.
