CriticalGood food & good management.
The food is good--good variety & they don't repeat the menus on a regular basis. Management is good. If there is a problem they address it right away and correct it. Care is just ok. Some of the caregivers are very slow to respond to call lights and act like they are doing you a favor. My rating is because of the caregivers.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The whole experience from start to move in was very smooth. The building is clean and they are completely remodeling the entire space. New flooring, paint, decor etc... I would highly recommend Barberton Pointe.

PositiveIt was a beautiful facility with some major renovations going on, everything was perfect except it was out of my mom's tiny budget. I will recommend it to anyone in the area. Sadly my mom's health is deteriorating faster than expected and she will be moving into a nursing home facility soon.

They are doing a lot of renovations--painting, carpets etc. so it is difficult to rate. It is difficult for me adjusting to this facility--it will be nice when finished but coming from a larger and more active assisted living facility it is hard. The staff is helpful and the best part is the food is very good.
