All 5s honestly! I love how friendly and caring everyone is. The place is super clean, the staff is amazing, and it really feels like a safe, supportive home for my dad. They make everything easier for both him and our family.

PositiveIt is so nice not to have to worry!
The staff is very friendly. They all know the residence first names and always address them when they see them. My mom happens to have one of the few two bedroom apartments there which she loves. They do her laundry once a week and also clean the apartment weekly. They do an excellent job with both of those services. Someone comes in and changes her towels a couple times a week. She is well taken care of there. Highly recommend!

We really liked the idea of this facility being family owned by several generations. The owners parents once lived there, and they truly want your loved ones treated as well as if it were their own family. Staff is very friendly, food is abundant & very good. This is a perfect place for mom.

I firmly believe Pleasant Point all in all is a 5 my mother loves the staff, meals and activities.Thank you for your assistance in securing a place for my Mother. Most of the friends my Mother had lived in the area and the family felt that being closer would enable them to possibly visit her more often, as well they helped us to place her immediately, since we had had a need for immediate placement.
