We’re able to help residents manage many health conditions with daily support. ·Health and Wellness programs that are as entertaining as they are beneficial. ·Our compassion staff provide care 24/7 are highly trained and are supported by our Wellness Director. ·Three delicious, fresh chef-prepared meals and snacks. ·Relaxing courtyard with gazebo, raised gardening beds and walking paths. CriticalI asked the Director on several occasions, to re evaluate my husband especially since, he was not needing the highest level of care as, I was there everyday caring for him and relieving her staff of many of his needs. The food was average and at times not well thought out for residents with challenges.. I found out later that the rate I was paying was higher than other residents getting the same care..

PositiveWe were so fortunate to have come across Baycrest Senior Living for our Mom. The facility is really nice as well as the management and the staff. Mom has been able to do activities and be around other people. They serve three meals a day plus snacks during the day. She has therapy come there twice a week to help her walk. We feel good knowing someone is there to help her everyday and night.
