The strength of Belmont is its leadership. I learned while searching for a care home, that the family's needs are just as important as the resident's. The family needs to find a place where they feel comfortable and supported too. Don't just focus on what the resident may need, but how the family feels about the place for themselves too. Does it seem like it is somewhere they feel comfortable? Feeling comfortable in the place has a lot about how the staff treats them by being supportive and attentive to their needs…
