1. 1 - they were not upfront about what the room would look like. The ""display" room was beautiful. The actual room was smaller and the furniture was old and beat up. 2. 3- the facility itself was clean, however the toilet in the room was loose and it smelled really bad. We told them about it a number of times and they never fixed it permanently. 3. 4- the staff were very nice for the most part. 4. 2- Mom's legs swelled and she needed to sit with her legs up- they did not seem to make that a priority. Highly recommend!

The staff treats residents like family. They are well staffed and residents are allowed to go about their day as they wish. They offer lots of interactive activities. The staff is kind to residents and visitors. The facility always smells great and residents are kept clean. The clinical team is responsive and escalate health and safety issues appropriately.

Totally satisfied with the care

The Monday-Friday staff is great. The weekend staff can be different, depending. The entire staff during the week is very friendly and helpful. Weekends seem different. The meals are much more restaurant quality than any other facility that we've been to previously. The staff has been very friendly, caring, loving and attentive to the residents. Review for Quail Ridge Transitional Assisted Living and Memory Care

Overall the leadership was not professional. The staff either wasn't well trained, was overworked or just didn't care. Horrific experience! I picked that community based on information from the Director. She was not accurate about the care!I would say it was not a great experience.

My overall experience was very good. The staff are very approachable. They kept our family informed. However the initial adjustment was difficult. No visit from family for 2 weeks, but the reason for the policy was explained. When my loved one passed away, Quail Ridge was acknowledged on the funeral program. I will always recommend their facility - I will forever be grateful for the help emotionally and physically they gave me.

I toured this facility and it was nice. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Ultimately, we chose another place closer to home. Distance was a big factor in our decision and this facility was a little bit further from home than we were looking for.
