Semi private apartment is a bit small for 2 people to share but economical for the area. Not sure how to suggest how to improve activities as there is not a lot of participation or not a large census. Food is average. I really like all staff.

Do not recommend

There are no positives but I believe we were misled into believing they could take care of our Dad and they could not. I would not recommend them to anyone but would steer them away from going to America House. I honestly believe they contributed to my Dad's rapid decline and death.

Everyone was very professional, organized and friendly. Could not have been better. The financial gentleman was very thorough and explained everything so well. The facility is well done. Our only drawback was the size of the bedroom. Everything else was perfect. We appreciate the kindness.

My 2 sisters and I all toured this facility and were really impressed with the cleanliness and cosmetic appeal. The staff were all friendly and we left with a desire to place our Mom there. We hope she can get the rehab she needs to be placed there!!

The cleanliness was a big factor in the lower rating. Communication with meds was not a very good and the food and food portions we're lacking. The activities director and parts of the Support staff were very nice and personable.
