CriticalMy mother began using assisted living services at Benchmark when she was no longer able to independently walk, dress, use the restroom, or transition to/from her wheel chair. PositiveFrom start to finish, our tour guide was fabulous, professional, clean, and really had that human touch. Can't get much better.

CriticalMeals should be healthier, or at least some healthier options offered for those who want them. For example, there should be low-salt, no-salt, vegetarian, and non-dairy options available even without a doctor's note imposing a strict diet of that nature. Whole grain breads, yogurt without corn syrup, and other healthier upgrades are needed.
