Positive[name removed] was very thorough, explaining all the different aspects of the tour, all the information related to pricing and admission requirements, etc I felt very comfortable about my dad possibly living at this home, that he would be safe and well taken care of. My family and I still have much to think about, before we can make a final decision.

They try to include her in activities but at 99, I guess she's not terribly interested. The only problem she has, sort of, is that most of the people who live on her floor are difficult to relate to, their memory issues are much more advanced than [name removed]. PositiveI loved it from the minute I entered, there was a sign with my name on it, welcoming me, and it was just for a tour which totally made me feel so welcomed. [name removed] was terrific, answered all my questions, and it is an absolute beautiful Facility. I would have no reservations, placing my spouse in such a gorgeous facility.
