PositiveI really liked the location first of all. It is in a wooded area which is my husband's preference. Second impression was of happy residents who engaged me in conversation. Thirdly I liked the tour of the building and the location of my husband's room. It looks over the wooded area. Our conversation about the facility and my husband's needs was thorough.

Positive[name removed], Director of Community Relations at Benchmark, was wonderful to deal with. She gave me a tour of the facility and all the information needed to decide if this is the right place for my Aunt. My Aunt needs a lot of assistance and care. She was always available for any questions. Also, I felt a very warm and friendly feeling upon entering Benchmark. It was like being at home. I felt the same way when I walked around the 3rd floor which is the Memory Care floor. They have a lovely outdoor deck on the 3…

PositiveLike a hotel stay
My father says he feels like he is living in a hotel. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The other residents are also friendly and some have befriended my father. My wife and I are jealous of the different activities that they have going on that we can't attend them with Dad as we are busy.
