PositiveThis is an amazing place! My mom is so happy here! Beautiful facility. Clean and always decorated beautifully for each season. Friendly and caring staffing. You get a sense of family and caring from ALL members of staff they all work together with caring and empathy. Fun and diverse activities that include all levels of residents. Lots of fun parties that include all.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff is friendly but there actually needs to be better oversight in various instances. For example, residents need to be better watched over during meals and residents must be prohibited from easily entering the private rooms of fellow residents.
★★★★★
PositiveThere is a real sense of community and caring from all levels. The staff are really attentive and genuinely seem to enjoy both residents AND each other. The facility is spotless.

PositiveMy husband and I are happy with the care that our mother is receiving. The staff is very helpful, patient and caring with her. She does seem to be adjusting well. My husband and I are still adjusting to some of the procedures with medication guidelines and protocol. But we are starting to get the hang of it. The staff is extremely patient with explaining any confusion or questions that we may have. Place is always clean and cheerful for the residents that live there. PositiveDuring my tour, the staff was very professional and friendly. The facility is bright and clean. The dining room was spacious. I saw many residents participating in group activities. The parking is large enough to accommodate many vehicles.
★★★★★
PositiveEveryone is so friendly and welcoming. From staff to other residents. From day one I could tell my grandfather's well being was the number one concern. Staff are loving and caring, welcoming him into "their" family. Berkshire is clean and home like. Nothing fancy but we feel like home here. The furniture and furnishings could be updated but all in all not too bad. Staff are always willing to answer questions and help out when needed. Food is basic but lots of options.
