Bethany Heights Assisted Living – The Care You Need, for the Life You Want Located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Bethany Heights Assisted Living has been serving older adults for more than three decades. Opened by Bethany Lutheran Health Services, a local nonprofit organization, in 1991 as an independent living community, Bethany Heights expanded in 2008 to offer assisted living services while maintaining its commitment to independence, dignity, and quality of life. One of the unique features of Bethany Heights is our focus on helping couples remain together as their care needs change. With multiple levels of care available, we strive to help tenants age in place while providing the support they need to continue living life on their terms. Our caring team is available 24 hours a day to provide personalized assistance, giving tenants and their families peace of mind. As part of the Bethany Lutheran Health Services continuum of care, tenants who qualify for a higher level of care can transition seamlessly without leaving the community they know and love. Life at Bethany Heights is about more than just care—it's about community. Tenants enjoy a full calendar of social and recreational activities, outings, and special events designed to encourage connection, wellness, and fun. Spacious community gathering areas provide welcoming places to relax, visit with friends and family, or participate in daily activities.
