Living at your best

It's independent living has full kitchen and can cook my own meals or go to the dining room if I choose, great place to live, friendly residents and great staff. I would recommend, I love living here

Review for The Rose of Council Bluffs

Food has declined significantly. Nursing staff still excellent. Rent increase of $[removed] is excessive. I would recommend to others.

GREAT OPTION

Staff has been great. My Dad likes the food. Wish they had a Diabetic menu in addition to regular food. He can pick and choose, but he won't do that. Great experience so far and price has worked well with Dad's finances. Participates in some activities.

Great value living space, excellent staff, inconsistent food.

The staff is very kind but very behind on modern technology. I have never received an actual statement with a total of all of our billing. Bills seem to be accurate but only after a lot of scrubbing for details

Everything is "light" at best, e.g., meals (required at least one), both housekeeping/laundry is ale cart (extra charges). I placed two workorder requests to enable the use of a faux outlet to prevent overloading existing outlets. (I can only a

I would 100% recommend this community.

There are a couple of things we like about The Rose of Council Bluffs. 1. The location. At first it appears to be somewhat secluded but it makes for a very quiet/peaceful neighborhood environment. There are convenient shops and restaurants relatively close and almost all of them deliver to include groceries like Hy-Vee 2. The independence/freedom to come and go. I really had no idea what to expect but now that my dad has moved in, he is able to come and go as he pleases. Additionally, the apartment space is fanta
