PositiveWe were very impressed when we toured, it was out first choice, however we had a family member that shared a very negative experience with care of another family member in the past year and stated absolutely not. They ended pulling them out of care and placing them in another facility. It was disappointing as the facilitate seemed to meet our needs best.

PositiveA few initial hiccups, but things are much smoother now
My mother in law got a one bedroom here. Beautiful place, nice staff. Something she and her family was the 30 day period at move in where they had to manage her medications, even though she was doing it for herself before. Understandable, but hard for her to take considering the $[removed]add on charge for that service per month until she is reassessed after the 30 days and has a note from her physician. Since she won’t go to dining room (her choice, not theirs), she was getting cold leftovers after dinner. This se…

I would tell others to check the community out. the staff are very friendly, and keep in contact with the family regularly. My loved one likes it here. I enjoy that my loved one is here, as well. This community is about the same cost as others I looked at.
