★★★★★
PositiveFor the price it's fine . Its not the Ritz but the care is great. Id recommend it to someone with late stage dementia and Alzheimer's but not really for a place for someone who is independent, and wants a nice place to live. Its more of a hospital setting.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is great and they are very helpful. They take very good care of my father.
★★★★★
CriticalHonestly, if I could give a zero for everything I would. With maybe the exception of 5. The front desk lady, I can't remember her name, was very kind. It was the most horrific experience I ever had and I was ashamed to have put my father in that situation.
★★★★★
PositiveIt's a basic facility. Staff are helpful if needed, it is mostly clean, and each person gets table mates for meals. The price is very reasonable for someone with dementia. If your parent is still active and wants activities this is not the place for you. If your parent is not active or pretty far on the dementia path, this place meets the needs of knowing someone is there to help with basic functions and to look after your parent without the ridiculous price or feel of a nursing home
★★★★★
Positive[name removed] comes to mind. She was lovely to work with. The staff was accommodating, helpful and took good care of my mother in the final days. You can't ask for more.
★★★★★
CriticalYou need to be on top of communication with the staff. Other ways that they could improve: Cleanliness, checking in on bedbound patients, communication, food safety...honestly overall. I would not recommend to any family unless their loved one was independent and healthy otherwise. My advice: Pay more and go somewhere else.
