CriticalI had high hopes initially. All the staff were very helpful, especially the personal care staff. They were all always willing to talk to me and understanding and accommodating. However, once my person was in there, communications became much less satisfactory. She passed away 8 days after moving in, and after that communication became actually quite poor.
