The facility is great. Uncle [name removed] is happy there. The staff is always friendly and helpful, he hasn't complained, and believe me, he would if they weren't doing good job. They do lots of activities, and go out on "field trips" too. He really enjoys the games and movies. The food is very good and nutritious, its Restaurant style, so you really can have whatever you want if the 2 meal time entrees don't interest you. I was impressed with the assisted living section, particularly with the upgraded rooms. The feel of that section of the facility was welcoming and the common areas were quite impressive. The individual rooms were bright, plenty of natural light and obviously designed to maximize space while also fulfilling the needs of the residents. [name removed] answered my questions and invited me to ask more after I have reflected on the facility.

Amazing Place full of Wonderful Staff

I have many friends that have lived in this community. The way they are treated and taken care of is out of this world. The employees show so much care and attention to detail its amazing. The food is outstanding and is always on point. The Chefs come out to greet you and make sure everything is ok.

My 93 yr old mom fell at thanksgiving and fractured her femur and kneecap. The family tried to keep her home but it just wasn’t possible as she needed around the clock professional care. Toward the fall of 2023 it was becoming clearer that our mom was in need of more care. Brandywine Living in Litchfield CT is a beautiful facility with staff that truly cares about each resident.
