About Brayden Park

Tucked away in the quiet neighborhoods of southwestern San Angelo, Texas, sits Brayden Park Assisted Living and Memory Care, a vibrant senior living community. Conveniently located, we’re just a short drive to local shopping, dining, and medical facilities. We’re also a short distance from outdoor attractions like the River Walk, Lake Nasworthy, and the historic downtown area. Angelo is a lively, culturally diverse area, and we’re proud to call this little slice of Texas home. Having a strong sense of community is incredibly important to us, as is respecting and encouraging independence. We plan a wide variety of activities and events to compliment our amenities, and give residents plenty of options to design the lifestyle they wish to lead. We are a pet-friendly community as well, and would love for your four-legged friends to call Brayden Park home with you! Community Amenities and Services Our team takes great pride in maintaining an environment that is not only nurturing, but fun as well. Our roster of events is planned with residents’ personal interests and unique history in mind. We implement the Sagora Pathways Memory Care Program as well as life skills programs to provide activities and events that are designed to engage residents in purposeful activities, bring comfort, and promote independence. Our secured courtyard offers plenty of space to enjoy a warm breeze and connect with nature while keeping residents in safe, familiar surroundings. Residents also enjoy scheduled outings, pampering services in the beauty salon, and devotional services on- and off-site, along with so much more. After years of maintaining a home and tending to family needs, residents will find that they can truly embrace their retirement lifestyle here at Brayden Park. Our accommodating staff provide housekeeping and laundry services to memory care residents. All residents enjoy three delicious, chef-prepared meals a day and restaurant-style dining in our grand dining hall. Private dining is available upon request, and fresh, nutritious snacks are prepared daily. Personalized care plans are designed with each resident’s unique needs in mind. Our team is available around the clock for personal and non-medical care services that address a wide range of needs. Staff has also received specialized memory care training to meet the dynamic needs of residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory-related diseases. Assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, mobility, and transfers), medication storage and administration, and transportation services, among others, are available. Living Arrangements We offer several spacious private floor plans to match your desired lifestyle and meet your needs. Assisted living and memory care residents have three studios to choose from, each equipped with a kitchenette, ample storage space and lots of sunlight. For assisted living residents who desire a little more space, we offer a one-bedroom floor plan. Each unit is thoughtfully designed and cozy and includes a handicap accessible bathroom. make sure it is a good fit for your loved one

We love the location, love the patient portal. Maintenance issues are really bad though and there are not enough activities. I just think the residents there are waaaay past living in the real world.

A mixed experience

All the "5" categories speak for themselves. The cost of residency seemed much too high. Her monthly rent was $[removed]. My opinion is it was about overpriced by 50-75%. The deposit was $[removed]; none of which was rebated back when she vacated, leaving the apartment in excellent condition. She passed on [date removed] btw, with the majority of the month of April unoccupied. The company sent a check to her estate for $[removed]. Someone is making money somewhere. Summing up, the living/care experience at Brayden

Brayden Park Assisted Living and Memory Care

I liked the location and how nice the staff was. Everyone there seemed to like their job. I do think we were mislead on how " mentally with it" the residents are. VERY few, if any, are really functioning in the real world, so to speak. It seems that almost everyone has glaring memory and behavior issues... not just small issues. As a result, my sister has not really found friendship or bonded with her neighbors. It seems to me, most of these folks are in a different category than she is. We were kinda led to believ

One Family's Experience

We moved my aunt in because we were told that it was the best place in town. It is also close to our new house. Within a month, my aunt had gained 20 lbs, she was swollen from head to toe and having trouble breathing. Because we were new in town (in fact we hadn't completely moved to San Angelo) I asked the charge nurse for a referral to a doctor and asked her to make the arrangements for her medical care. They put her (age 103, with poor hearing and vision) on the bus and took her to the dr. There was no one acc
