CriticalDisorganized, lack of transparency
Caregivers are very kind and helpful. Genuinely good people. Management is very disorganized and uncommunicative. I had to get services set up for my mom without their help. It took 9 days for my mom to get her first shower. It only happened because I tracked down the nurse and asked for help. We have had to have a meeting with regional management because of my issues, including regular wait times over one hour when my mom calls for help I send emails with no response. They are understaffed but won't do anythin…

She has 6 hours of hospice care per day, she has help with meals, she's always dressed in HER clothes with her hair clean and combed. The staff is always there for any questions or concerns and I'm informed on how my mom is doing. I have NO regrets with transferring my mom to this facility. We would recommend this community to other families.
