Centrally located between Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, D.C., Brighton Gardens of Columbia provides residents with a vibrant and active atmosphere. We have an experienced, compassionate team that offers assisted living and memory care services as well as respite care and hospice coordination. Our team members provide care 24 hours a day and work diligently to deliver personalized services as well as enriching moments. Monthly wellness visits are also provided regularly by a licensed on-staff nurse. Brighton Gardens of Columbia is an ideal choice for families that want to help their loved ones lead an active, full life with the care they deserve. We also provide a family engagement app where we send photos, videos, and community updates to family members — so everyone can stay connected and engaged. Against the perfect blend of parks and walking paths, Brighton Gardens of Columbia offers a community full of hospitality. We’re close to Wegmans, Columbia Mall, various movie theaters, and a wide range of restaurants. For residents who enjoy live music with family and friends, we are close to the Merriweather Post Pavilion. We’re also just down the road from Howard County General Hospital. Community Services and Amenities Known for our engaging environment, residents enjoy a variety of our Sunrise Live With Purpose™ programs that nurture their mind, body, and spirit. Whether it’s expressing creativity through art, getting active with fitness classes, or learning something new, residents at Brighton Gardens of Columbia enjoy activities that appeal to their personal interests. We provide residents with three, homemade meals a day. Between the fresh herbs grown in our own garden, and the soothing music accompanying each meal, our dining team is dedicated to making mealtime special for residents. The menu at our community is created with resident satisfaction in mind. We also work with each resident to meet special requests and nutritional needs, offering modified diet options when needed. Living Arrangements Residents of Brighton Gardens of Columbia enjoy a selection of suites — including studio, one-bedroom, and companion suites. Each suite provides a kitchenette, large bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Our team members assist with weekly housekeeping and personal laundry, building and grounds maintenance, as well as daily trash removal. PositiveLifesaver for our family
Our experience was coming from an assisted living facility where my mom fell and broke her nose on day 1, different staff all the time, our #1 request of socialization for our mom and they rarely brought her to the dining room. They had no activities and our mom sat in her room until she decided she hated it there and left the building and walked down the highway until a good Samaritan called the police.
