Feels Like Home Experience for my Dad

This is for Amber Woods Manor, where my Dad resides (under same management as Bryant Woods Manor). The staff is friendly and helpful. They stay in constant communication if supplies are needed or if there is a medical issue with my Dad. The staff visits with my Dad at times. The room size is great. Able to accommodate his hospital bed, dresser, and a chair for guests. The food is tasty and the staff prepares meals that my Dad likes. There is also a primary care doctor and a nurse who are on call if the need arises.

Found a Home for my Parents

My parents are bed-ridden, but are taken well care of. The staff is friendly. The house is kept very clean and free of odors. The manager is very involved and is present whenever an ambulance is called or when a patient comes back from the hospital. My parents said the food is delicious. The staff prepares food based on the patient's desires. The primary doctor and nurse are available when needed. And a Physical Therapist also comes and works with patients. Excellent facility

My experience was great. I really liked the place and the professionalism of the owner and staff. My brother was not there long before he passed. However, the time he was, he was well cared for. I would recommend them for sure.

Not Fancy but a Great Place!

Although small in numbers, very caring staff, knowledgeable and so compassionate. Clean, no odors which I am very sensitive to. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. No it's not the Ritz Carlton, but it was definitely way above other facilities I visited.

home away from home

I have just moved my mom at Bryant Woods Manor and I must say I have no words to describe how lovely this facility is. When my mom moved in she felt she moved in a home. All the caregivers are very friendly and professional and the facility atmosphere is just as like being at home. They have a full medical professional team such as a primary care physician, a podiatrist and psychiatrist and a delegating nurse to provide services to the residents. adequate community that could use some improvement

The biggest problem we had was during the move in process it was not smooth at all - for someone who is bed bound we do not recommend them moving to the second floor. It was very difficult for the ambulance crew to get our loved one up the stairs.
