5 for all. Its a wonderful place. The staff keeps the residents engaged in activities. They discourage residents from staying in their rooms all day.

The food choices could be improved one but I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I toured Lorien Harmony Hall with [name removed]while looking for a place for my mother, and the experience was disappointing from the start. [name removed] demeanor felt rehearsed and insincere, like she was reading from a script rather than genuinely trying to help. The entire tour felt transactional, not personal. The apartments were underwhelming, especially for the price. Good place for your love one

The nurses and the nurse practitioners are very responsive. They don’t have a problem answering any questions you may have. The food is fair. There are plenty of activities for your loved ones to get involved in. They go out to restaurants and shopping. My sister is getting very good care. I love her living arrangement her her little apartment is nice. The people are pleasant and polite. It’s a good place to put your loved one and not have to worry.

The staff at Harmony Hall are outstanding, and always appreciate their support! It's always a pleasure to visit, and equally enjoyable to see the smiles on the residents faces quite frequently. We are fortunate!!

Review for Lorien Harmony Hall

The staff at the facility are excellent they are all kind and caring. They stop and spend time with the residents whenever they have a chance and the interaction is great in all areas of staff. A good example is yesterday we were there and the head of maintenance was playing a game of chess with one if the residents. He said over the past few weeks they have played 11 games and the score was 6 games to 5. It doesn't seem to matter what jobs the staff has they take time to interact and I think that means a lot.
