PositiveI recently had a virtual tour of the facility and from what I could see, residents have a clean and very community driven friendly atmosphere there, with quality caregiving options. I will recommend to my elder relative!

PositiveBrookdale Florham Park gets a 4+. My loved one is in memory care and it is a bit different.

PositiveThe community itself is very nice. When we moved my aunt in, they were having a stomach flu lockdown so she was not able to come out of her apartment for two weeks. Seems to not have enough staff & are asking more & more of who they have. The facility is homey! Not overwhelming! Kindness, clean & very helpful.

CriticalI'm afraid my experience was very negative, but that was very much due to my mother not being in a good frame of mind. I would not recommend for someone with limited mobility or serious medical conditions. Nursing and care staff were always stretched thin. It was very painful dealing with them near the end.
