What we like the most about the community is that it is not to big, parents received personal attention from residents and staff, and the nice common areas.

This was a wonderful place when my Mom first moved in, but over time there has been some decline. We’ve experienced billing issues, and other residents have had similar concerns. It seems there is a strong focus on trying to keep the rooms filled, while the facility is often short-staffed, which has affected the residents. Rates were increased to attract and retain more qualified staff, but staffing challenges still appear to exist. Overall, my mom says she is satisfied living there, and from a health standpoint s…

I would rate each of the categories a 5. Brookdale Centennial was so helpful and supportive from the being of the process. My Mom has been doing great there and has been involved in the various activities offered. She has also said the food was good there. The staff have been professional and friendly to my Mom and myself when I visit her. I just hope it continues this be this way as time goes on.

I would say all in all it's not a bad place. But like everywhere else they are experiencing employees shortages, which makes care not as I would have expected. In the very beginning, I would've recommended it but now we have had several issues, but most of it is due to employees shortages. At this present time, I don't think I would recommend them.
