Brookdale Chenal Heights

I did a great deal of research before concluding Brookdale is the best choice of communities for our dad. He is excited to move to his new apartment and to make new friends. When we visited, the administration and staff were welcoming and seemed to enjoy their jobs. My dad and I were invited to have lunch during his visit, so he was able to try the food. He seemed to enjoy the food and the choices given for different entrees, vegetables and desserts. I believe he will thrive at Brookdale.

Overall would recommend

Staff very responsive to resident needs, activities plentiful, apartment size very good and dining experience much improved in last six months. My wife and I have been at Brookdale for approx 5 months and we enjoy the staff and the responsiveness to our individual needs. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for assisted living.

Receiving the best care, even in a painful time.

The staff has been very engaging in asking more and deeper questions with my friend. I feel like that are making a great effort to get to know her better.

Holidays ar special

The social director at Brookdale Chenal Little Rock is great. He makes every holiday a special event with decoration, entertainment and holiday food. My husband was recently crowned King of Valentine with a crown, cape and a scepter. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, I would recommend Brookdale. Brookdale has a dedicated staff, who have the best interest of its residents.

Excellent Care!

My sister moved into Brookdale about a year ago and it has been a lifesaver. She is safe, well fed, happy, and it's a great place for me to visit and play games with her. The staff is so courteous and professional and they keep a very clean and vibrant environment. I couldn't recommend Brookdale Chenal more!!
