Our experience with Chapters was amazing!!!! They were very good to Daddy and me. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give the a 12.The staff was kind, understanding and took excellent care of Daddy. They became family. Someday I hope to go there myself when the time comes.

Facility filthy and no one answers the phone. Laundry running over no staff in all departments. Smells bad ,missing door knows and stains on furniture. Low food choices. No activities. My family member was attacked by another resident no one knew nothing or seen it. No trained staff. Floors and carpet dirty. Residents in too little clothes or too big. I was disappointed visting.

Always good to visit several times to see how the day goes when looking to find a place for your aging parents. They are willing to work with the family to find the best care and value for her money. I do visit my mom everyday and on weekends the grandchildren visit. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I took my brother out when corporate arrived and fired a bunch of the staff. So I don't know how it is now. I hope a lot better. Staff was too slow getting back to me. Cleaning personnel wouldn't wasn't doing a good job, cleaning up rooms after the patient had an accident in their rooms. Also in the dining area when someone one had an accident, wouldn't mop up the urine until the patient got through eating. The executive was very slow to get my total amount I paid while my Brother was there. It was a total mess, s…
