PositiveThis was a Virtual Tour. The sales associate was very pleasant and answered many of our questions. The facility looked a little dated but pleasant enough. It seemed they had basic but adequate amenities. Rooms appeared a little disappointing, lacking a kitchenette with sink or microwave or refrigerator. It appeared cable tv was not provided in the rooms, but I failed to follow up on that point. Brookdale refused to provide rates, which I found annoying and not standard business practice.
