[name removed] was absolutely amazing, he gave us so much information and made sure we understood the process. [name removed] was very pleasant and the rest of the staff was very friendly and polite. Hoping to finish the process with good news. The residents that we saw during our lunch time tour looked happy too.

Brookdale Farmington Hills North

I am extremely happy with Brookdale. I think it is the right place for my husband. Brookdale is very lovely and clean. The chairs and loveseats in the living areas are comfortable and the décor is geared to coziness and warm memories. The studio apartment is a moderate size but residents are encouraged to explore the larger rooms for crafts. puzzle making. T.v. watching, movies and other programs. It was a nice place and everybody was was kind and gave us a lot of information. It was on the smaller side, but very homey feeling, the tour was good but it's just not a good fit for us.

Wonderful staff

The staff are wonderful! Particularly Renee, the activity director. They make everyone feel loved. They offer a lot of activities. Sunny, bright and clean.

The facility was clean and the staff was professional. The clients appeared comfortable with the setting. The tour gave me reassurance that my sister would be in a safe and secure environment.

Just Like Home

What we loved at first glance was that it was cozy and small compared to the other places that looked like big hotels. It's homie not overwhelming. The staff is incredible. The aides work well as caregivers and the administrators are great at answering questions and working with us to keep our aunt comfortable and happy.
