The meals are complained about quite often, the apartment housekeeping leaves much to be desired, the nursing staff is excellent, the kitchen staff remember special dietary needs.

The staff are great with Mom and keep us updated. But trying to navigate the financial portion has been a nightmare and still is. I would not recommend anyone to this facility until they fix the finance department. To pay $[removed]a month and have trouble getting reimbursed is not something I want anyone else to experience.
