AIl the staff treat my dad like he is family. He is greeted by name by all the staff. They check on him throughout the day and evening to see that his needs are met. I know from personal experience that the food is delicious and nutritious. A wide range of activities are offered during the week. Everything from an exercise circle to bingo. The entire facility is well lit, clean and maintained. Transportation is available for doctor's appointments, beauty appointments and going shopping.

It was very close to my sister's house so she could check on her easily. They allowed pets and had an enclosed courtyard with units that opened onto it. The supervisor was very helpful to us and very caring to the residents. I would definitely recommend this facility. They became family to my mom and to me and my sister. They looked after my mom very well and always called if there was an issue. Lots of activities for residents and many outside groups also came in to entertain or provide church services. Very clean…

The whole experience has been excellent, that is why we give all categories 5 stars. It really is a wonderful place full of exceptional people There are a ton of different activities like Mimosa Monday's, bingo, and hair day each week. They also through holiday parties, karaoke, happy hour days, and devotional days. Based on the experience we would absolutely recommend Brookfield Fort Smith to other families.

Overall, this community is really good! The staff are all super sweet and helpful and very responsive. They couldn't be nicer and are so good with the residents. Housekeeping is once a week and laundry is twice a week and they do a great job. My mom loves the food! I think it could improve, but if she likes it and that's all that matters.
