My mom has been living at Brookdale for about a month now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. It was a difficult decision for me to put my mom into assisted living but since it’s just us, I badly needed some help. She has Alzheimer’s and everyone there has been so patient with her as she gets adjusted to her new living conditions. Everyone who works there is an angel sent from heaven. Staff is find it just took a 2-3 weeks to get nursing staff and Admin on the same page and get in the routine on all his individual notes in his chart not skip some meds etc. Admin was not on same page but finally got there. Just seem we had one level of expectation which was fully discussed on our initial meeting but it took 2 more meetings to square all the details.. because the 1st couple of weeks we were not getting to care and attention Dad needed which we fully discussed and agreed to they sold us on when we …

Clean Facility , Caring Staff

My Church member's experience was a 4 due to her unwilling being moved from her home. She would not bathe or change clothes for days. When I reported to Administer she informed me that she needed a treatment plan for that. My sister and I would clean her up when we visited. One of the nurses took an interest in her and cleaned her up on her shift. When she was moved to the Memory Care Building she was clean every day.

We would pick this friendly and caring community again. They took very good care of my dad

5 for all categories. My dad received excellent care at Brookdale. What we like the most about Brookdale is the Care given to patients and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
