Overall a bad experience! What they could improve on would be Communication! My husband was sent to the ER several times because they were unable to change his catheter! I was not even notified! I called the morning of [date removed] to see how my husband was doing and the person said flippantly, "Oh, he died"!!!! No compassion at all! I would never recommend Brookdale Goodlettsville to anyone!

I would not recommend this place to anybody! They lied about having PT, & wound care! My mother got a uti they didn't treat it so she ended up in the hospital! The food was gross! They put the patients to bed @ 6pm, so they could be on their phone or smoke! Gave the meds way too late

PositiveGreat communication from staff
The staff has always let me know immediately anything that's ever happened to my mom. Example: skin tear or a fall of any kind. No matter the severity. Thank goodness nothing bad has ever happened. She's clean, she's dressed warm, she hasn't lost any weight to speak of so I know she's eating well. The DON is friendly and knows my mom well. Any time we've ever had a issue with anything financial, admin has resolved the issue fairly quickly.
