Nice place but lack of consistency

Overall it's a nice facility very clean the biggest issue is there has been so much turnover from leadership all the way down and it's constant so there's just no consistency and older people like consistency it makes them more comfortable. Friendly staff

The inconvenience of ordering 3 meals daily for a patient who will not go to the dining room is a little tedious to plan. We were in short term need during the holidays and the staff worked so hard to get us accommodations and include us in daily activities. The efficiency model was fine for us in our situation. Caring, but understaffed

Things there are clean for the most part. Move in was rocky at best and not a lot of communication or help about what services they offer once moved in. So those are about a 3. The food is the main issue. Almost inedible on occaison. Poor quality, and tiny portions and never even warm, sometimes inedible and my dad is not picky at all. The support staff were very kind and checked on us as appropriate. My spouse is virtually deaf which can be confusing to others since there is not a visual alert that he needs to respond to questions or, most importantly, that a stranger had entered the room. Shortage of staff, A/C issues and poor food quality. But they are starting renovations soon and rebuilding staff. We have decided to move our mother out anyway.
