Be sure to ask if there are fees added to the room rate. There was a fee that we were told that is automatically added upon registration. If that fee is added to every resident, as we were told, it should just be added to the advertised room rate.

Our tour at Brookdale was very nice and Miss [name removed] helped us feel very welcomed and was a pleasure to work with.

The lady who met with us was friendly and professional. She was courteous and informative. She answered all of our questions. In the guided tour of the facility we found the residents happy and contented. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff we met were friendly as well. It appears to be a nice place to live.

Visit was a fact finding event. Information was shared to help make a better decision for our loved one. Thanks for your time

Run Away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a friend of resident, everything from past Director to some service staff, this place was pleasant at the beginning but turned nightmare for the family that had to fight tooth and nail. Being charged for services not provided, to medication issues, dietary issues, safety issues. I've talked to other residents when visiting and their families are having the same problems. Would not recommend this place for my own family much less anyone else.

Billing is a joke

I had my mother-in-law in Brookdale Kerrville for six months. In that period the bill could be thousands more and never the same amount. Trying to get this settled has been difficult. Numerous residents have indicated the same issue. There have been many staffing changes and, the lack of a med tech at night to help her since she is in hospice has made it difficult.
