Staff and Meals I really cannot rate except for one guy. I think his name was [name removed]. He was excellent. My dad has not really taken part of any activities. We like that my dad is safe, well fed, and well looked after.

The staff is great! Attentive, Caring, Polite, Patient. The facility is clean. They have a lot of activities for the residents.

Overall I would rate Brookdale a 4. We have had a few hiccups with them on expectations and experience, but they have been much better on communication. Friendly staff; nurses and techs, front desk admins, kitchen & dining - Excellent dining experience - Limited help overnight - Charges for showers for residents (usually included at other properties)

[name removed] and the staff were warm, caring and practical. Later at the hospital performing an evaluation, [name removed] made a very favorable impression. Would be comfortable placing a loved one here.
