PositiveOverall pleased
As with any facility, where a loved one is placed, they are going to be issues that arise. This was a huge change for our family. For the most part, the staff has been responsive. It does seem that there’s oftennot enough staff to meet needs of every person although they do try. We had some issues with some supplies, but that was remedied fairly quickly. Overall, we are happy.

Brookdale-Peachtree is a lovely facility. The staff are caring, kind, and attentive. The chef is great, and the food is wonderful. Our mother is well cared for and is quickly acclimated. We are so glad to have found the right place for her.

Brookdale Peachtree is a wonderful place. The employees are so caring. My mother loves it. The food is okay. Nothing exciting. Communication was a learning curve, but are getting there. All and all, I would definitely recommend them. They do only her laundry and return it to her room. They help make up her bed. She is in a wheelchair, so see needs assistance using the toilet, showers etc. They take her to her Dr. Appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday. Otherwise, I have arrange for a transport.

Our family had to make the hard decision to move our mother here. This is a fabulous facility. They care for her. Wash her clothes, they take road trips, take her to office appointments. She loves kick ball and has made lots of new friends.
