PositiveThe care the nurses and staff give my mom is good, and we appreciate the attention they provide. The main issues have been with housekeeping, laundry, and food service. We are often told that they are short-handed, but these problems have continued for the past few months without much improvement. We understand that staffing challenges can happen, but we would like to see more consistent service in these areas, as they have a significant impact on residents' comfort and quality of life.
