Everyone in this facility is super friendly and helpful! When walking through the building, staff was very attentive and greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I will not forget all of the smiling faces that I saw in the dining room.

Overall experience was awful. Some of the residents were nice and some of the staff were great. The care services and staff were awful as well as the value for cost. I moved my mom in and moved her out 8 days later. They wanted to add [Amount received]of services after we moved in. They should have evaluated her better and given a TRUE price before we moved in. The care the nurses and staff give my mom is good, and we appreciate the attention they provide. The main issues have been with housekeeping, laundry, and food service. We are often told that they are short-handed, but these problems have continued for the past few months without much improvement. We understand that staffing challenges can happen, but we would like to see more consistent service in these areas, as they have a significant impact on residents' comfort and quality of life.

They need a system at shift change so if a resident needs assistance, someone comes, not thirty minutes later. The room itself is more than adequate the little kitchenette space and the large bathroom with the bench in the shower is exactly what we needed.
