The staff is kind, compassionate and responsive to the individual residents needs. I also appreciate their transparent and inclusive fee structure. I know exactly what to expect and plan for financially.

I have visited The Cottages multiple times since Mom was placed last year. The facility is clean and well-maintained. They have addressed issues such as men entering Mom's room by having the men moved to the other side of the facility instead in close proximity to female-occupied rooms as it was previously.
