This is a very nice up and coming facility. There are still some upgrades and renovations going on to some of the rooms. Everything seemed bright ad cheery. Staff seemed very welcome and inviting. If you need assisted living or memory care they are eager to filly their vacancies.

[name removed] is an excellent person to talk to. The memory care area is real nice. Looks like a lot for residents to do. Single room is a little small but one doesn't need a lot of space. Bathrooms are nice. Outdoor area is great.

Very disappointed!

To be honest with you, our experience with [name removed] in ALL the assisted living facilities were awful! They are all understaffed and a lot of the people they hire don't want to work. So, I walked down to to nurses desk. I found everyone sitting around watching their phones! The RN was watching a video, not a training o

Moms care

Overall I was satisfied. I had a couple issues but the management took care of it. Mom was with Hospice also and between the two she got very good care. If I had known she was so close to passing I probably would have put her in skilled nursing.

A wonderful place for your loved one

My mom refused to participate in any activities, but it appeared they had plenty of activities. ALL of the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY, especially [name removed]. [name removed] went above and beyond in helping us get everything together and set up for my mom, and was there for us throughout the entire process. The facility was definitely nice, and the food was absolutely amazing with plenty of options. The staff was very attentive to my mom and her needs. I would highly recommend Bristol Park for anyone needing an
